Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, phone number or Telegram username and your message. If you send the enquiry from a painting’s page, the painting’s title is saved with it.

The website does not ask for passport details, addresses or bank card data and does not collect special categories of data.

To reply to your enquiry: to tell you about a painting and arrange purchase, payment, delivery or a commission.

The data is not used for marketing and is never sold.

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the enquiry form (Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). An enquiry cannot be sent without it.

Enquiries are stored on the website’s server; access is password-protected and available only to the artist.

The data is not shared with anyone else, except where required by law.

For as long as needed to reply and complete a purchase, but no longer than one year from the enquiry. After that the enquiry is deleted.

You can ask what data about you is stored, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent by contacting the artist using the details above. You will receive a reply within 10 working days.

The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics services. Your browser may only store technical information needed for the pages to work.
